Why am I always feel tired? You must belong to these factors!

Why am I always feel tired?

Do you constantly feel exhausted? just like:

  • Low or no energy
  • Motivational deficit

If ya, this article is written in full these factors . The factor is divided into 2 things.
So, stay read!

1. PHYSICAL PAIN

The first is cause physical pain. There are many diseases that can make you feel tired all the time. The following is a list of some these diseases:

1. Anemia

When you have anemia, your body doesn't produce enough healthy red blood cells to supply your tissues with enough oxygen. You may feel tired and a lack of strength if you have anemia, also known as low hemoglobin.

2. Sleep apnea

Your excessive daytime sleepiness may result from a sleep disorder called sleep apnea, which can alter the way your brain transmits the signals that keep you awake during the day.
Sleep apnea makes it impossible to get a full night's rest, which increases the likelihood of having a very light headed, tired, and grumpy day.

3. Getting Rid of Infection

Fever and fatigue are a couple of the general signs of a bacterial infection.
Additionally, fighting an illness consumes a lot of energy, which can leave you feeling exhausted and low on energy. due to the high energy requirements on your body.

4. Allergies is Up

Because your body needs more energy when it is exerting itself to fight off the allergen, which is why you feel tired.

5. Overweight or obesity

Obesity increases your risk of obstructive sleep apnea and chronic fatigue, which suggests that obesity directly affects the sleep cycle.

1. A sedentary lifestyle / You sit or lie down TOO LONG

Due to generalized deconditioning of the body, our bodies become more tired with progressive sedentary habits.

A sedentary lifestyle may lead to tiredness during the day. Studies show that exercising more may improve symptoms of fatigue in some people, including those with medical conditions like multiple sclerosis.

The solution is if your work or something you do, only in sitting condition, you can do like pomodoro technique/ pomodoro timer. You can set the alarm, for example, every 25 minutes, take a short break and do small movements/a little exercise.

2. Too much consumption Sugar & refined Carbs

The orexin system is made up of a pair of neurons in the brain’s hypothalamus region. Both these neurons, act to stimulate the production of a chemical (hypocretin). These chemicals stimulate brain activity and wakefulness.

When you consume carbs, your blood sugar level is raised and you receive a burst of energy. Your body then releases insulin to lower your blood sugar. This is what causes you to feel tired after eating carbs.

3. Consuming too much caffeine

That caffeine blocks the ability of adenosine to make us feel tired. But that adenosine - it waits. In fact, the brain keeps producing it.

So, when caffeine finally goes on its way, that build-up of adenosine attaches can make you feel even more tired than you normally would.

6. Skimping on sleep

7. Not getting enough high quality sleep

8. Drug and alcohol dependence

9. Dietary imbalances

2. Psychological and psychosocial

Without you realizing it, mental illness has a more negative effect on your life and mental illness can also make you physically ill.

The following factors can contribute to tiredness.

1. Stress

Let's try to think deeper, is it recently, or has it been a long time, is there something that always comes to your mind? Who feels always tired, not energized? If so, then you are under stress.

2. Tired of pretending

Maybe in your work environment or social environment, it demands you to be ideal like them. of course only in trivial things like fashion, lifestyle, money, speaking style, etc. Which makes you forced to pretend like them.
It will make you mentally exhausted!

Oh dear, you gotta get out of that zone. Try to be a version of yourself but of course in the path of righteousness. Then you will feel relieved and happy!

3. Depression / anxiety / trauma

Maybe someone you love has gone, or your wish was not fulfilled. Let's learn slowly to accept it, and raise it immediately ! Even though life is sometimes not always according to our wishes, life is sometimes down and of course it will be up!

4. Over-Perfectionist

The word “perfectionist” may bring to mind someone who is the picture of tidy. Perfectionism can have both positive and negative effects. The positive examples of perfectionists are being motivated to achieve goals, understand religion perfectly, etc . But the harmful aspects of perfectionism can lead to depression, low self-esteem, or overwhelm.

When perfectionism becomes overwhelming, it can lead to burnout. Burnout is complete mental and physical exhaustion. Striving for perfection can be highly stressful, and it can trigger burnout.

Mental health problems aren’t just caused by perfectionism, some of these problems can lead to perfectionism, too. A study, for example, found that over a one-year period, college students who had social anxiety were more likely to become perfectionists – but not vice versa.

The solution is Setting realistic expectations for workload and schedule.

  •     So there are a variety of reasons why you are always tired. Do you match into either of those categories? If ya, that's okay. You can begin to take small steps toward overcoming it.

Consult your doctor if you think you may be suffering from a medical condition. And if you get into another factor, identifying and dealing with stressors by, for example, taking time off work or resolving relationship problems, keep your health in a way like cutting out caffeine and drinking plenty of water, also change those bad habits, but no need to rush!

And keep in mind that humans have imperfections within them. Accept it and be grateful for even the smallest things in our lives, beginning with discovering true truth values and making peace with yourself!
